چکیده
1 This work has been partially supported by a grant from the German Ministry for Research and Education (BMB+F) within the project “Communication and Mobility by Cellular Advanced Radio (COMCAR)” and by the European Commission within the IST project “Dynamic Radio for IP-Services in Vehicular Environments (DRiVE)”. Abstract Future wireless communication systems will be characterised by an integration of different access technologies. Such systems will feature a user-friendly coordination of the complementary access technologies to access personalized services in a seamless manner via the currently most suitable access. Efficient resource management will provide cost effective bandwidth. These systems need a flow-control functionality to select always the best suitable access system for a certain traffic flow in different environments. This paper lists requirements and describes a flow control functionality that controls the forwarding of individual traffic flows over different access systems in a multi-access scenario. In addition, examples are presented and discussed how this advanced multimedia flow-control can be embedded both in a co-operative and in an integrated multi-access system architecture, providing thereby guidelines for standardization and future products.

Abstract In this paper, a fuzzy PID with new structure is proposed to solve the load frequency control in interconnected power systems. in this study, a new structure and effective of the fuzzy PID-type Load frequency control (LFC) is proposed to solve the load frequency control in interconnected power systems. The main objective is to eliminate the deviations in the frequency of different area...
متن کاملMulti-channel Medium Access Control Protocols for Wireless Sensor Networks: A Survey
Extensive researches on Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) have been performed and many techniques have been developed for the data link (MAC) layer. Most of them assume single-channel MAC protocols. In the usual dense deployment of the sensor networks, single-channel MAC protocols may be deficient because of radio collisions and limited bandwidth. Hence, using multiple channels can significantly ...

متن کاملAuthentication and Access Control in Multi-agent Systems
In a multi-agent system dedicated to personal task management, information and resources within the system are usually sensitive and should be accessible by a limited set of people. Some unique properties of such systems raise new engineering challenges for the design and implementation of security and access control mechanisms: interpretations of information by different agents may have differ...
متن کاملMulti-level models, directed graphs and partial orders in flow control for data secrecy and privacy
We present the view that the method of multi-level access control, often considered confined in the theory of mandatory access control, instead is central in access control methods, in the sense that it is necessary for data secrecy (i.e. confidentiality) and privacy. This is consequence of a result in directed graph theory showing that there is a multi-level structure in any data flow graph. T...
